Route 44 through Raynham is a commercial corridor with houses behind it, and that split is exactly how our work here divides. Plazas, restaurants and shops on the front, quiet subdivisions and older houses on the streets behind. It is our furthest regular run north and worth the trip.

Suburban with a commercial spine. The Route 44 and Route 138 corridors carry retail, restaurants, contractors' yards and the site of the old dog track, while the residential side is subdivisions built from the 1960s onward on quarter and half-acre lots, with pockets of older farmhouses on the back roads. Nearly every house has a paved driveway and a garage, which makes placement straightforward. Around Johnson's Pond and the north end the lots get bigger and wooded. It is close enough to Taunton and the highways to draw steady contractor work.
Commercial turnover along the highway corridors is a big piece of it: fit-outs, shelving, ceiling grid, flooring and flat-roof tear-offs, usually on a contractor's clock. On the residential streets it is roofing, siding, finished basements and the garage and attic cleanouts that come with houses now half a century old. New construction and additions on the wooded north-end lots keep framing scrap and clean gypsum moving in their own containers.

Route 140 north past Taunton and east on Route 44 puts us into Raynham in about forty-five minutes, or Route 24 north if the job is nearer the interchange. Route 138 handles the north-south side of town. The corridors move well outside rush hour, so we schedule Raynham mid-morning and get in and out without sitting in the commercial traffic on 44.

Yes. On the Route 44 corridor we regularly deliver and swap early morning or after close so the parking lot is clear and customers are not walking past a truck. Tell us your trading hours and the loading area, and we will set a window. For a demolition phase we will usually leave a 30 yard on the lot and swap it as often as the crew needs.
It matters to you rather than to us, but it is worth checking before the box arrives. Some associations limit how long a container can be visible or where it can sit. We can work to a short window, deliver and collect on specific days, and keep the box on the driveway rather than the lawn or the street. Tell us the constraint and we will schedule around it.
A 20 yard is the usual choice for a two-car garage plus a basement in a typical Raynham house. It takes furniture, boxes, old appliances and yard equipment with room to spare, and it still fits a standard driveway. Keep the mattresses aside, since those are banned from disposal and go for recycling, and pull out any scrap metal, which is worth separating anyway.
That is a normal arrangement for us here. We set a regular day, take the full box and leave an empty one on the same visit, and the crew never stops for want of somewhere to throw scrap. On new construction we often run two containers, one for clean wood and gypsum and one for everything else, because keeping those streams apart is required and it keeps the cost down.
